Want better school outcomes? Prioritize play in the classroom.

In a Times Union op-ed, Kim Kopko, director of The Parenting Project, says that New York lawmakers should mirror the efforts of their colleagues in Connecticut who are proposing a bill to incorporate play-based learning for kids in grades K-5. Some reasons why:
